Clare is a dedicated gym-goer, always carry a smile despite the occasional discomfort.
We often tend to focus on training specific muscles such as the glutes and chest. After seeing results, we intensify our workouts but inadvertently neglect to put some effort into our antagonist muscles. This can gradually lead to an imbalance and potentially trigger various aches and pains.
While bone-setting can provide instant relief, pairing it up with targeted muscle relief can be much more effective in the long run!
The entire adjustment process was so exciting, as we worked together to rediscover her power of balance in her training. I believe she is now better equipped to give her all at the gym, with a more holistic approach to her fitness.
